Representing Russell Investments in their tenant representation negotiations, TRS was briefed with a Stay versus Go project, with Russell Investments seeking a more accommodating premises for future business growth.   Russell Investments were located at 19-29 Martin Place, Sydney and required both a suitably sized and well-functioning business premises.  Entrusted to deliver on their core needs, TRS utilised our independence and intimate market knowledge in property negotiations to investigate, provide and highlight appropriate options for Russell Investments in the Sydney CBD market.

On final selection of buildings and at the conclusion of the tenant negotiations, Russell Investments, opted to Go, relocating to 135 King Street, Sydney utilising the incentives negotiated by TRS for a brand new, state-of-the art fitout and reduction in overall premises costs.
