Enlisted to represent Sara Lee in their tenant negotiations, TRS was briefed with a Preference to Go project.  Sara Lee were originally located at 37 Ryde Road, Pymble and were seeking to relocate their business operations while achieving a brand new fit out as incentive. TRS investigated the peripheral Sydney market identifying several opportunities suited to Sara Lee. On conclusion of all negotiations, Sara Lee opted to Go relocating to 828 Pacific Highway, Gordon and used the incentive to assist towards their fit out.
