Screen GP

Screen GP interviewed several Tenant Representatives and after a lengthy assessment, selected TRS based on their broad market knowledge and independence.

Briefed with a Stay versus Go project, TRS assessed and then offered flexible options for Screen GP looking at ways to reduce costs and save money. Together in conjunction with evaluating the feasibility of outsourcing their current warehouse operations to a third-party provider.  Changing culture was also another factor in the decision making process and this was achieved by retaining just an office space as opposed to an office and warehouse operation.

TRS effectively negotiated for Screen GP to move to a smaller office space within the same building at 2 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park, providing reduced Opex.
