SunRice appointed TRS as their lease advisor continuing their long-term standing relationship.

With continued growth in their business, SunRice were seeking larger space with a preference to remain on a single floor within the CBD.

In conjunction with TRS they considered both fitted and non-fitted options in what was a very active market.

Ultimately, a high standard fitout space was selected in in a better grade building, that with some modification suited SunRice’s requirements. This allowed a substantial amount of the incentive to be utilised as rent abatement therefore not increasing overall rental costs.

SunRice relocated to the GMT building at 1 Farrer Street, a premium grade building with associated facilities for staff benefits.
