After the successful negotiation of Talent International’s offices in Sydney, Perth and Adelaide, TRS was entrusted to negotiate on their Brisbane office.
TRS ran an extensive stay vs go analysis, comparing existing options within the Brisbane CBD and existing building at 66 Eagle Street. Upon assessing all options with TRS’ independent advice, they opted to resign and conduct an extensive refit of their existing tenancy. Talent International saw significant value in the buildings recent refurbishment and services.
