TRS was appointed by Tourmaline Partners to assist with their lease negotiations, as they were looking for an independent advocate, who could assist them in finding new office accommodation.

TRS were assigned with an immediate need, to relocate out of serviced offices on Elizabeth St in the CBD. Tourmaline Partners wanted to occupy a space in a good location that was in a boutique style of building with a balcony, aligned with their company culture.

TRS went to market and were able to source a unique space within the Sydney CBD at 35 Lime St. Not only did TRS negotiate an above market deal but assessed and provided insight on the impact of COVID on the current market conditions. TRS also added value to the requirements in the Tourmaline Partners’ HOA.
