As the national tenant representative of TurksLegal, TRS was briefed with a preference to stay in their existing building at 1O Eagle Street, Brisbane and advised that they were looking to increase the size of their tenancy.
TRS reviewed their existing premises and simultaneously investigated the Brisbane market to seek other property opportunities and create greater negotiation leverage.
At the conclusion of the negotiations, TurksLegal stayed in their existing building, relocating to premises on a different level which offered larger space and fitted out premises. TRS were able to negotiate an over-market incentive to relocate but also achieved low CAPEX due to an existing fitout
