TurksLegal enlisted the services of TRS, as their representative for their lease negotiations, and briefed TRS with a Stay versus Go project. TurksLegal were located at 123 Pitt Street (Angel Place), Sydney and advised that they required more flexibility and expansion space for their operations. TRS reviewed their existing premises and simultaneously investigated the Sydney market to seek other property opportunities and greater negotiation leverage. At the conclusion of the negotiations, TurksLegal opted to Go, relocating to their premises of 2 Park Street, Sydney which offered them an existing fitout, however they utilised the incentive TRS negotiated for them and remodeled the fitout.
