Elected to represent UDKU [U Don’t Know Us], as the tenant rep in their commercial tenant negotiations, TRS was immediately briefed with a Preference to Go project, due to UDKU aligning their business premises with their creative business objectives. UDKU were located at a shared premises at 201 Kent Street in Sydney and required a suitably sized warehouse style premises in the CBD.  Trusted to deliver on UDKU’s key objectives, TRS utilised our independent market knowledge of the greater Sydney market to highlight options that would support: their particular space needs and reflect their needs for a unique workplace environment.

At the conclusion of the negotiations, UDKU opted to Go, relocating 53-55 Liverpool Street, Sydney utilising the incentives negotiated by TRS for: negotiated lessor’s works for the tenant and incentive against the rent.
