As the selected tenant representative for Upskilled, TRS was briefed with a Stay versus Go project.  As a previous client, and with TRS’ extensive knowledge across the entire Sydney office market, Upskilled knew that TRS’ expertise would achieve the best outcome.  TRS looked at capitalising on market incentives and focused on existing fitouts within the market.

The outcome of the project resulted in a relocation from Upskilled’s premises on Pacific Highway, St Leonards to 29 Christie Street, St Leonards.  TRS were able to use their creative methods to achieve an above market transaction, with space that included an existing fitout and no make good liability.  The project was managed and completed within the timeline needs of Upskilled.
