Volvo Car Australia appreciated the benefits of a Tenant Advocate to assist with their Sydney property requirements and appointed TRS for its independence, third party reputation and knowledge of the market.

Volvo were looking at a Stay versus Go alternative, wanting a new office that reflected their global company standards and which was to suit their needs now and in the future.  A further significant requirement was the need for more car spaces and electric charge capability.

After looking at potential new locations for Volvo, TRS negotiated with their current landlord to move to a different level in their current building at 65 Epping Road, Macquarie Park which also enabled them to take more car spaces.  By ensuring that Volvo was regarded as a new tenant, the landlord was able to provide a strong commercial market deal.
