As a national client of TRS, and following on from the successful Sydney project, Whitehaven Coal briefed TRS to source new office space for their Brisbane business which was growing quickly and had a requirement for upcoming project space. Whitehaven Coal’s desire was to be located in a central CBD location within close proximity to similar companies and clients.
TRS’ reputation and knowledge enabled them to go to the market quietly and they were able to negotiate within a tight timeframe, securing an agreement for space at 12 Creek Street, Brisbane and finalising the deal within 6 weeks.
