Working closely with Yokogawa’s Director of Finance and Operations, TRS was entrusted with their lease negotiations, fitout advisory and make good liability. Previously appointed as Yokogawa’s tenant representative in their Sydney lease negotiation and fitout project, the aim was to Go to a space that better aligned with the company’s culture and image.
After deciding to upgrade their office space in Sydney, Yokogawa’s aim was to carry this improved image and culture to their Melbourne office. After locating new space at 211 Wellington Road, Mulgrave, TRS were presented with an extremely tight timeframe for fitout and with excellent communication and collaboration between all parties including the fitout contractor and the benefit of working with a proactive and flexible landlord, the process was completed at a faster than normal pace.
The result for Yokogawa was a reduction of footprint, lowering of their OPEX and therefore a more cost-effective tenancy.
